Terms of Service

These terms cover ordering a personalized coloring book from Little Plot Co ("Memories Lane"). By placing an order, you agree to them.

The service

You send us photos; we turn each one into a hand-illustrated, black-and-white coloring page using an AI-assisted illustration process, then print and ship it to you as a wire-bound book (up to 15 pages, plus a cover).

Your photos, your responsibility

You confirm that you have the right to submit every photo you upload, and - where a photo includes another person, especially a child - that you have their (or their guardian's) permission. We reserve the right to decline or stop production on any order containing content that is illegal, exploitative, or violates someone else's rights.

What to expect from the illustrations

Our illustrations are AI-assisted line art, not a hand-traced portrait - they aim for a strong likeness but won't be pixel-perfect, and artistic interpretation (pose, background detail, framing) is part of the style. If an illustration doesn't reasonably resemble the person in your photo, email us and we'll take a look.

Pricing and payment

Each book is ₹449, charged via Cashfree at checkout. Your order enters production only after payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We ship PAN India. Estimated delivery is 3-5 days within Bengaluru and 5-7 days elsewhere in India, covering illustration, printing, and transit - shown to you at checkout based on your pincode. These are estimates, not guarantees, since courier transit times are outside our control.

Cancellations and refunds

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy - because every book is made specifically for you, our approach here is different from off-the-shelf retail.

Limitation of liability

We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your order. Our liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
